Remote Software Support Specialist (m/f/x) German language skills C1 essentialYour Role in Our Team:

• You are responsible for the remote support for our software products
• In this role, you will remotely supervise our Warehouse Management Systems and our software for controlling logistics processes at our customers worldwide
• As a technical contact person, you will independently receive error messages from our end customers and conduct error analyses/diagnostics as well as troubleshooting using our remote maintenance software
• Your tasks also include documenting the service cases in our ticket system and maintaining a knowledge database

Your Profile:

• You have completed professional training as a computer scientist, a degree in computer science or a comparable education
• You have good knowledge of Windows operating systems (server and clients) as well as IT (hardware and software), initial experience with Linux is desirable
• You have knowledge in the SQL area and ideally you have already worked with relational databases (e.g. Oracle)
• You speak FLUENT GERMAN and have good English skills, both written and spoken
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills and act service-oriented
